Dear Customer,
the following Digital Services Terms of Use define the rules for using the website infinitecracow.com and for concluding contracts electronically with Infinite Cracow – Firma Handlowo-Usługowa Emilian Stachura (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable Polish law, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and apply to all users of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Recipients”).
§1 Service Provider and Scope of Services
The Service Provider is Infinite Cracow – Firma Handlowo-Usługowa Emilian Stachura, based in Kraków, Poland.
The website infinitecracow.com enables Service Recipients to browse offers and conclude contracts for tourist services provided by the Service Provider, acting as a tour organizer, tour operator, or tourist services provider.
These Terms of Use are available free of charge on the website and may be saved or reproduced by Service Recipients.
§2 Technical Requirements and Use of the Website
In order to use the Services properly, the Service Recipient must have:
access to the Internet,

a valid email address.
The website uses standard technologies such as JavaScript, cookies, and secure encrypted connections (SSL) to ensure proper operation and transaction security.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, offensive material, misleading information, or any content that may disrupt the operation of the website or IT systems.

By making a booking through the website, the Service Recipient enters into a contract with the Service Provider for the selected tourist service.

Payments are processed via external payment service providers. The Service Provider does not store full payment card details.
After completing a booking, the Service Recipient receives confirmation of purchase and a voucher by email.
If a booking cannot be completed due to lack of availability, the Service Recipient will be informed and offered an alternative date or a refund.

Personal data provided by Service Recipients is processed solely for purposes related to booking, service performance, customer communication, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
The Service Provider acts as the data controller and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

§5 Complaints and Communication
Service Recipients have the right to submit complaints regarding the functioning of the website or electronic services.
Complaints should be submitted electronically via the contact email address provided on the website and should include sufficient information to identify the Service Recipient.
Complaints will be reviewed within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 business days, and the Service Recipient will be informed of the outcome by email.

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary interruptions in website availability caused by factors beyond its control.

§8 Use of Images for Promotional Purposes
During tours and activities organized by Infinite Cracow – Firma Handlowo-Usługowa Emilian Stachura, photographs and video recordings may be taken, including images in which Service Recipients may appear.
Such materials may be used by the Service Provider for marketing, promotional, and brand recognition purposes, including publication on the website, social media channels, and other promotional materials related to the Service Provider’s products and services.
By making a booking and participating in the tour, the Service Recipient grants consent to the use of their image, likeness, or voice captured during the tour for the purposes described above, without entitlement to additional compensation.
If a Service Recipient does not wish to appear in promotional materials, they may inform the tour guide or contact the Service Provider in advance. Such requests will be respected whenever reasonably possible.
Participation Terms
§1. Cancellation and Reservation Changes
Customers may cancel a booked service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.
Tour reservations may be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is reported no later than 24 hours before the planned pickup time.
Museum tickets may be cancelled free of charge only if cancellation is reported before the museum opening hour indicated on the voucher.
In the event of a no-show, failure to appear at the meeting point, or failure to use the service, no refund will be issued.
Reservation cancellations or changes must be reported via phone or email at booking@infinitecracow.com.
§2. Discounts and Promotional Offers
To benefit from reduced prices, participants must present a valid identification document confirming eligibility (e.g. age-based discounts or a valid student ID).
Discount and promotional codes are valid exclusively for online bookings and cannot be applied retroactively.
§3. Pick-up, Transport, and Punctuality
Pick-up services are available from selected hotels only, as specified during the booking process.
After the service is completed, participants are transported to the city center, unless otherwise stated.
Participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure.
Due to traffic or operational conditions, delays of up to 20 minutes may occur.
§4. Participation Rules and Responsibilities
Participants are expected to prepare for varying weather conditions and dress appropriately for the tour.
All participants are required to follow the instructions and guidance of tour leaders and staff at all times.
Some tours may be partially or fully inaccessible to wheelchair users. Customers requiring special assistance are encouraged to contact Customer Service in advance for detailed information.
Customers traveling with small children are requested to inform the Service Provider of the exact age of the child to allow appropriate arrangements to be made.
§5. Museum and Venue Regulations
Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines imposed by museums and visited sites during the tour.
The maximum allowed baggage size for entry into museum facilities is 30 × 20 × 10 cm (A4 format).
Failure to comply with venue regulations may result in denial of entry without entitlement to a refund.
§6. Vouchers and Documentation
Participants are required to present a valid voucher before the start of the service.
In the case of museum tickets, the voucher must be printed and presented at the museum reception unless otherwise specified.
§7. Final Provisions
By completing a booking and participating in a tour, customers confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms of Participation.
These Terms form an integral part of the contract concluded between the customer and the Service Provider.
